Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Amla (Indian Gooseberries)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Wash the Amla thoroughly and remove the seeds.
  2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the deseeded Amla.
  3. Add cumin seeds, black pepper, turmeric powder, and salt to the boiling water.
  4. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the Amla is soft and cooked.
